Title basketball
Introduction
It's a two team sport. You need a round bouncy ball and up to 2 hoops. We dribble a ball down the court before you shoot it at a hoop. There are 3 pointers and 2 pointers. In the USA it's a national sport. And it's the second most popular sport . What am I talking about? Thats right, BASKETBALL!
Big Idea 1
Do you know who invented Basketball it's James -Naismith. He invented because they needed a sport to play indoors for the winter because it was too cold to play baseball or football outside. The game was invented on December 1891. James Naismith also made the first football helmet.
Big Idea 2
Do you know how to play basketball? You need 2 teams and two hoops .When you start dribbling the ball, you must dribble constantly as you move, until you pass and shoot. If you stop dribbling, you cannot re-start dribbling, which is called a "double-dribble and it is a foul. You can shoot 2 pointers or 3 pointers depending on where you stand on the court. Every time you want to shoot, it's important to square up which means you need to point your feet so they're straight at the hoop.
Big Idea 3
Do you know famous basketball players in the NBA top 4 players the first player is Stephen Curry. He was born on 14 March 1988 and his age is 29. He plays for golden state warriors. The second player is LeBron-James. He was born on 30 December 1984 and his age is 32. He played for Cavaliers. The third player is Kevin Durant and he was born on 29 September 1988 and his is age 28. He plays for golden state warriors and fourth player is Kawhi Leonard. He was born on 29 June 1991 age 26 he plays for San Antonio Spurs.
BIg idea 4
Do you know where basketball is played the most is in United States of America then it is Venezuela, next is China the last one is France. The players in the NBA get $5 million each year.
Concluding Statement
Basketball is one of the most famous sports among women and men in the world, Basketball to me is overall the best sport out of all of the other sports such as baseball, soccer, and football. Basketball is a great way of to exercise and a great way to have fun with friends. You should try it.

- an closing paragraph, recapping on what you have written.
- Pictures, maps etc with captions to explain what they are.

The Mighty Gorilla
Gorillas are animals that live of dense forests in tropical Africa, such as Rwanda. Few animals have in sparked the imagination of man as much as the gorilla, the largest of the living primates and the last member of the ape family.
What do Gorillas look like?
The gorilla is huge, with broad chest and shoulders. The face look big with large nostrils. Gorillas have one of a kind nose prints. These are just like human fingerprints. The arms are longer than the legs. The fully adult male mountain gorilla is twice as large as the female.
Diet
Gorillas are herbivores. A fully grown up manle can eat up to 20kg of food and that's a lot. They eat bamboo, stinging nettles, fruit, thistles, wild celery, variety of plants.
Habitat
Gorillas live in dense forests and woodland in Africa. Some gorillas live on mountains and they live 10,000 feet up where it is cloudy, misty and cold.
Behaviour
Gorillas live in troops and the silverback is the boss. He chooses the place to sleep and where to nest in the trees. They use sight, smell and ears to find food at night and look out for danger. They are intelligent because they can learn sign language and use tools.
I think that we should protect the Gorilla because it is intelligent animal related to us. We should leave them alone and make sure they have enough forest to live in.

In history lessons Katie and her classroom learning about Queen Victoria who reigned over Great Britain from 1837 to 1901. It was an amazing period when engineers built tunnels, bridges, and railways, and explorers trekked through the jungles, and writers turned out some of the best novels and poems ever.
Middle: Katie shook her head what trauma her Parents are filthy rich. She’s spoilt because her lifes too cushy. “Oh, Katie!” said Isis with a sigh, “Everyone has their weak and vulnerable spots. Come on. Let’s help her. I’ve got such a crazy idea. Wouldn’t it be amazing if Santa came down the chimney at the Christmas party and gave everyone presents? That would be truly magical – and healing – and I’m sure she would be a better person afterwards.”
